Manage social media posting and content
Create and send email campaigns
Create and maintain contact lists and marketing databases
Create marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers, sales sheets, presentations)
Perform graphic design (Canva; Adobe a plus)
Capture and edit basic product photos and short videos
Support sales team with marketing assets
Coordinate trade show logistics and materials
Work with outside vendors as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of hands-on marketing experience
Comfortable in a small company environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Able to manage multiple projects independently
Strong written communication skills
Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Graphic design tools (Canva. Adobe required)
Photo and video editing
Bachelor's (Required)
Marketing/Graphic Design: 2 years (Required)
Social media marketing: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Commute: Pasadena, TX 77504 (Required)
Preferred
Trade show or event coordination experience
Experience supporting sales teams
B2B or product-based marketing experience
