Responsibilities
Responding to service calls for clients who need repair on their Konica Minolta office technology equipment
Travel to the client location
Diagnose the problem
Make necessary repairs on their copier or printer
Inspect the machine and perform the necessary routine and preventative maintenance
Replace any parts that are nearing expiration
Communicate the status of repairs to the client
Order parts and schedule a return visit if it isn't possible to repair the printing device immediately
Maintaining accurate car stock and inventory count
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Clean driving history with no DUI convictions or reckless driving infractions in the past 5 years
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
Clean cut appearance; no offensive tattoos are permitted, and excessive tattoos may require covering
Must have parking available to take a company vehicle home every day
Preferred
Training through employment or a technical college in automotive repair, computer repair, or aviation or a similar field is preferred; personal experience is also considerable
