They are seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to manage the order, delivery, and tracking of Third-Party Diligence reports while ensuring timely communication with investors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Initiate, prepare and deliver required diligence reports for NON-QM bulk wire pools to expedite loan sales. This includes TPR tracking and MLS data reporting
Track, request, deliver and follow-up on Diligence TPR reporting and Reliance letter orders for Holdback wires
Communicate with Diligence, Investors, and internal Data teams to ensure loan pools are completed timely and wired correctly
Communicate clearly and effectively with multiple people, multitask, work in a team environment, and manage an assigned pipeline to meet Acquisition expectations
Manage timelines of all the above processes
Other assigned tasks or responsibilities

Required

At least 3-5 years mortgage experience with Diligence reporting
