Bi-Lingual Care Coordinator

Companions & Homemakers HCA #2052 is seeking a Bi-Lingual Care Coordinator to ensure that clients' care needs are met promptly and consistently. The role involves scheduling caregivers based on client needs and maintaining effective communication with both clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

Schedules caregivers based on client needs
Updates schedules and documents appropriately in our software system
Responds timely to any calls from clients or caregivers
Communicates with client regarding schedule changes, tardiness or any situations that require communication
Communicates client schedules to caregivers and job duties for assigned shifts
Escalates issues appropriately
Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to employees, clients and client’s family members
May be required to work an On-Call Shift on a rotating schedule
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required
1-year recent experience as a Scheduling Coordinator in a home care agency or other healthcare field
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Must pay attention to detail, stay organized, and be flexible
Read, write speak and understand English and Spanish
