Support learning and development efforts, including leadership development, Learning Management System (LMS) strategy and additional efforts
Work collaboratively with AGA staff while identifying e-learning content and helping to develop learning paths for our new LMS
Drafting employee resources
Managing logistics
Engaging in various learning and development efforts
Qualification
Required
Excellent communicators
Comfortable with Microsoft Suite programs
Eager to learn and expand their skillsets
Relevant backgrounds might include human resources, education, or business
