Responsibilities
Assisting with branch operations decisions
Motivating and engaging staff, leading by example
Assisting with training and development of branch staff
Supervising branch staff through appropriate delegation of duties
Mentoring branch staff and onboarding new hires
Handling daily banking transactions and referring products and services that meet specific customer needs
Performing routine audits of night depository logs and Customer Service Associate balance sheets
Assisting with monthly branch audits and preparing audit compliance documentation
Performing safe deposit box maintenance. Ensuring billing is correct, auditing entry logs and contracts
Resolving customer issues in a satisfactory prompt and manner
Holding branch meetings if necessary
Assisting with training and development of branch staff
Willing to float to other branches when needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Advanced knowledge of branch banking operations, including teller duties, opening new accounts and products and services
Prior supervisory experience
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Basic level ability in Microsoft Office Suite
A professional appearance
