Loan Support Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage Escrow process - Handles all escrow accounting to include taxes, insurance, ground rents, water bills and completes annual escrow analysis
Disburses loan proceeds and on-boards loans in the Credit Union’s core system (FISERV DNA)
Orders and processes appraisals, environmental, property condition reports, and appraisal reviews for commercial loans
Obtain Financial Information - Prepares financial statement request letters, monitors’ receipt of financial statement requests and scans financials into the share drive and advises lenders
Loan Servicing - Manages loan files and resolves issues related to loan servicing

Required

High School Diploma – Required
General Education Degree (GED) – in lieu of H.S. Diploma

Associates Degree in Business - Preferred
Two (2) to three (3) years of Lending/Deposit experience – Preferred
