HR Generalist
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a talented HR Generalist to join a dynamic team. The role involves supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment and delivering comprehensive HR services across various functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers
Conduct interviews and screenings, ensuring compliance with background checks and I-9/E-Verify
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs
Serve as a resource for employees on policies, benefits, and workplace matters
Document employee relations cases and investigations with discretion
Handle sensitive issues professionally and confidentially
Maintain HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and trend analyses
Use advanced Excel skills for data analysis and insights
Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, and performance documentation
Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed
Support engagement initiatives and site-level culture programs
Provide workforce insights to inform planning and decision-making
Assist leadership with document management and meeting coordination
Perform additional duties as needed to support HR operations
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance fundamentals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Preferred
HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems
Safety training programs and compliance frameworks
Multi-site or high-volume manufacturing experience
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
