Sr. Coordinator, Corporate Communications
U.S. Soccer Federation is dedicated to promoting soccer across America and is seeking a Sr. Coordinator for Corporate Communications. This role is designed for an early-career communications professional who will support corporate and internal communications initiatives while providing executive administrative support.

Responsibilities
Support the execution of corporate and internal communications initiatives aligned with U.S. Soccer’s mission, values, and organizational priorities
Draft, edit, and format communications content, including internal announcements, leadership updates, talking points, presentations, and employee-facing materials
Assist with storytelling for key initiatives, organizational milestones, heritage months, and employee engagement programs
Coordinate timelines, reviews, approvals, and deliverables to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and delivered on schedule
Gather information and updates from internal stakeholders to support content development, reporting, and alignment
Assist with basic tracking and reporting of communications activities and engagement metrics
Support executive and leadership communications by assisting with internal updates, briefing materials, presentations, and related coordination
Maintain organized communications drafts, assets, and executive-facing materials, ensuring clear version control
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support, including helping prepare materials, timelines, and logistics for key meetings and business cycles
Participate in team and leadership meetings, capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups
Track action items and proactively follow up to ensure communications tasks and approvals are completed accurately and on time, while managing multiple, detailed workstreams
Serve as a reliable connector between leadership, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of professional experience in corporate communications, internal communications, administrative support, or a related role (including internships or early-career positions)
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to support senior leaders with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
General knowledge of soccer
Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission
Proficient experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed
Preferred

Strong work ethic, curiosity, and confidence without ego
Able to think strategically and handle multiple projects
Exceptional attention to detail
Spanish language skills are a plus
