Responsibilities
Define and communicate clear product vision and strategy for internal enterprise search and information discovery platforms
Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning feature delivery with business goals and AI transformation initiatives
Lead GenAI integration efforts, including AI-ready data exposure, intelligent search, semantic discovery, and AI-assisted navigation
Manage and prioritize product backlogs, translating complex requirements into actionable features and user stories
Partner with engineering, data, AI, UX, and stakeholder teams throughout the product development lifecycle
Drive continuous product improvement through user feedback, usage analytics, and performance metrics
Balance technical considerations, user experience, and regulatory or operational constraints when making product decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Product Manager
Hands-on ownership of internal enterprise search platforms (not customer-facing only)
Strong experience delivering products powered by Generative AI or AI-enabled capabilities
Experience managing complex data ecosystems involving structured and unstructured data
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Experience working in hybrid, enterprise environments
