Responsibilities
Collecting, organizing, and verifying borrower documentation and assisting with loan file setup and data entry
Managing routine communication with borrowers, realtors, and internal departments, and scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-ups as needed
Preparing required disclosures and supporting documentation, prepare routine letters to members
Monitoring the status of appraisal, title, insurance, and other required items. Maintaining updated records in LOS systems and internal logs
Supporting compliance and quality-control checks. Various other duties as determined to be beneficial to the Mortgage Loan Department
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in mortgage processing software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
