Responsibilities
Presentation Development: Build and improve presentations for EQIS and Equity Management, using data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights optimally
Project Management: Lead and support projects across EQIS, including initiatives tied to board reporting, Corporate Access, and AI integration
Broker Voting Support: Maintain and enhance broker voting models and reporting tools; collaborate with FFIO to improve EXTEL reporting and Sell Side Analyst Ranking processes
Data Quality & Review: Conduct data reviews and cleanup efforts; support Corporate Access with process documentation and data validation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, procurement, and other internal partners to support critical initiatives, including AI and automation
Reporting & Communication: Assist Board Reporting and Communication teams with workload tracking and management reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in an investment support, project management, or consulting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel with formulas/macros, Word)
Experience with databases and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Experience working with Senior Leaders in Equity Investing
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners and effective at handling their expectations
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
