Required

3 years' experience working in an Aerospace fastener or distribution experience
strong business development skills
proven track record as a Jr. Inside Sales Representative
ability to make key decisions on pricing and margins
ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
ability to generate high-quality leads and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
ability to manage the entire customer order process
collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives
uphold and enhance quality by following gold-standard policies and procedures
continuously expand product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
collaborate with suppliers to ensure product quality
cultivate and nurture customer relationships
collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
ensure transparent communication and coordination with the team
exceptional performance and proactive attitude
ability to juggle multiple tasks and shift priorities
solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tools

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in a related major
Advanced or technical degree/certification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other commensurate experience
