QC Capital and Consulting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting operations. This role involves payment processing, journal entries, payroll support, and month-end close activities, working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting operations and helps ensure accurate and timely financial records
Process payments via check, wire, and ACH, along with payments made through online platforms or by phone, ensuring all deadlines are met
Prepare and record general journal entries to the general ledger and assists with the preparation of monthly financial statements, including the income statement with budget comparison, balance sheet, and monthly statement of cash flows
Support the establishment, maintenance, and coordination of accounting control procedures, reconciles intercompany transactions, and performs other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Collect, review, and verify employee time records, compensation changes, and payroll-related documentation

Required

1–3 years of experience in financial reporting or a related accounting role
A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or another business-related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese
Ability to clearly present and explain complex financial information
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience using QuickBooks Online
Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who works well as part of a team
Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities
