8+ years expMindlance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support Data projects, preferably with a background in data. The role involves managing large, complex, and cross-functional projects while mobilizing teams and delivering results within technical environments.

Responsibilities
8+ years of project management experience, managing multiple large, complex and cross functional projects, with emphasis on product development, systems, and technical environments
8+ years of experience with project management tools and artifacts, including MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, project budgets, change requests, status reports, etc
Demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace
Proven experience with and understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
Proven ability to quickly build relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders
Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects
Experience with managing projects to rollout new technologies and software
Background in data, including a foundational understanding of data development processes and demonstrated experience partnering with data engineering, analytics, or governance teams
Qualification
Required
