Deeper knowledge of SharePoint (focus more on SharePoint than general M365 tasks)
NOT seeking a purely technical SharePoint administrator or a generalist who lacks SharePoint skills -- bridge both areas and contribute to modernizing the organization's technology stack
7–8 years of experience
Mid-career professionals who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity would be most successful in the client's evolving environment
NOT so senior as to be rigid or frustrated by less mature processes
DOES NOT require micromanagement, strong problem solvers who can deliver solutions without extensive oversight or rigid governance frameworks
The client is not a highly mature or rigid government environment, and candidates with broader backgrounds who can adapt to a less structured setting are preferred
