Responsibilities
Utilize voter registration technology to document voting patterns and history
Compile and maintain extensive spread-sheets with detailed information about voter demographics and trends on the local, state, and national level
Assist in creating detailed manuals and maps containing micro-and macro-voting trends and recommendations for field operations
Work in conjunction with the Field Team to compile voter data that will be hosted on the TPA’s App for the 2024 General Election cycle
Qualification
Required
1-2 years in a research or data analysis role, preferably within a political or campaign setting
Proficiency in discerning meaning from patterns and identifying trends in data
Experience in voter contact technology
Proficiency with Google Sheets and other G-Suite software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills
Must be able to work in office at our Headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona
Preferred
Extensive knowledge of party politics and a deep understanding of political landscapes
Prior political experience in a campaign and or data analytics role
Certification noting completion of a data analytics course or training
Degree in data analytics or a comparable field
Acute knowledge of ArcGIS or other mapping platforms
Experience with SQL or Tableau
