Responsibilities
Manage multiple data management and/or quantitative analysis teams through subordinate managers, overseeing data preparation and statistical, financial, and econometric modeling for internal or external clients
Lead data management and quantitative analysis activities, including implementation plans for process improvements and ensuring staff have required resources
Manage data vendor relationships, system costs, and contracts, and establish procedures for new data-related technology enhancements and implementations
Ensure compliance with Bank standards and best practices, design and enforce business-appropriate system controls, and lead the production of management reporting and analyses
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
7-10 years of total work experience with at least 1-3 years in management preferred
Proven ability to recruit, direct, motivate, and develop managers, implement performance management programs, and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Preferred
Experience in financial services preferred
