Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Identify and attract to healthcare talent by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking events
Post jobs to various job board sites (e.g. Newton, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a strong talent pipeline
Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment flow
Pre-screen candidates to ensure they are suitable for the position of interest
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Participate in projects and team meetings
Schedule weekly calls with your hiring leaders to ensure fluid line of communication is maintained between the agency and recruitment team
