Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on future of work trends, including the impact of AI and emerging technologies on workflows and organizational culture. Develop frameworks and strategies for AI-driven workforce transformation
Explore and define how AI and emerging technologies will reshape work and organizational structures
Collaborate with UX, product, and strategy teams to align workforce transformation initiatives with business objectives. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning
Translate complex technological and cultural concepts into actionable strategies and recommendations for stakeholders. Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
Support the Leader, AI, UX Architect & Future of Work Visioning, in strategic planning and execution of initiatives
Identify and evaluate partnerships and opportunities to advance the firm’s workforce transformation capabilities
Stay updated on regulatory and ethical considerations related to AI-driven workforce transformation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
5+ years' experience in workforce strategy or digital transformation
Future of work trends and their implications for organizational culture and workflows
AI-driven workforce transformation frameworks and methodologies
Market research and competitive analysis techniques
Data governance and regulatory compliance requirements
Financial services industry practices and regulations
Preferred
Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Emerging Technologies, or a related field
7+ years of experience in strategy development for AI-driven workforce transformation in a financial services context
Trends and advancements in AI, data, and emerging technologies
Ethical considerations and responsible practices for workforce transformation
Innovation frameworks and methodologies
Risk management and compliance in technology adoption
Advanced data visualization techniques for strategic insights
