Responsibilities
Oversees the Salesforce ecosystem (Ascend, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud)
Coaches the systems administration team (Lauren, Peter, Sterling, Dan)
Conducts daily standups
Monitors and assigns cases
Serves as liaison with ITS to bridge development work and Advancement needs
Managing critical projects (Ascend stabilization, Kindsight engagement, Commerce Cloud troubleshooting, parent data loading)
Handling escalated issues
Maintaining day-to-day operations
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years Salesforce administration experience, preferably in higher education
Proven experience coaching or managing technical teams
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud
Experience with Salesforce configuration: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards and reports
Ability to serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong business analysis skills to translate business needs into technical requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills
Experience with sandbox and production environments
