Required
Strong computer, interpersonal, and decision-making skills required
Preferred
College degree preferred, or equivalent industry-related experience
Virginia (non-resident) Property and Casualty Insurance Agent's Licenses in good standing preferred, or willingness to obtain license within 90 days of employment
