Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret clearance (minimum)
Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, multi-phase software development programs, including agile/iterative delivery environments
Direct experience with program reporting, technical coordination, risk management, and schedule oversight for Government contracts
Ability to interpret and execute against detailed contractual requirements and technical statements of work
Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for senior Government audiences
Exceptional organizational discipline, with the ability to manage competing priorities across a large and diverse technical program
Strong analytical reasoning and the ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear programmatic insights
Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting complex IT, cloud, or cybersecurity programs, preferably within the DoD ecosystem
Preferred
PMP, PgMP, SAFe Scrum Master/Agilist, PMI ACP, ITIL, or similar certification
Familiarity with DoDI 1300.18, DoDD 1300.22, or related CMA mission regulations
