Confidential company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative specializing in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Logistics. This role involves providing exceptional client support, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding WMS and logistics-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with data entry related to shipments, inventory updates, and order processing using Microsoft Office and specialized logistics software
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on shipments, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve service quality
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and technical support to resolve complex client issues effectively
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism at all times
Support client onboarding processes and provide training or guidance on WMS functionalities as needed
Analyze customer data to identify trends or areas for service improvement

Required

Proven experience in customer support within a call center or client services environment
Prior experience with WMS systems or logistics operations is highly desirable

Familiarity with outbound calling techniques, call center protocols, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting customer data and providing actionable insights

Preferred

Bilingual or multilingual skills (English plus additional languages) are preferred to serve diverse client bases effectively
