Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish engaging content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, X, and Facebook, posting multiple times per week as needed
Partner closely with social media leadership to ensure content aligns with strategy, stakeholder priorities, and approval workflows
Capture content at brand, marketing, and industry events and represent the brand on camera when appropriate
Produce a wide range of media formats including short-form video, photography, GIFs, montages, and live content
Identify and act quickly on trends, cultural moments, and emerging formats that resonate with the target audience
Collaborate with marketing, PR, licensing, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
Optimize content by platform to maximize reach, engagement, and shareability
Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and evolving audience behaviors
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of experience creating social media content, supported by a strong portfolio
Deep understanding of major social platforms, their audiences, and best practices
Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to translate narratives into compelling social content
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, creative mindset with openness to feedback
Genuine interest in entertainment, storytelling, and online communities
Preferred
Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or PowerPoint
Experience engaging directly with online communities or fandom-driven audiences
