They are seeking a Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations to optimize logistics and fulfillment operations, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient product flow from manufacturing to customers.

Responsibilities
Manage 3PL logistics. Communicate regularly with 3PL partners to address operational issues, discuss performance, and ensure alignment with Gabb's service level agreements
RMA and reverse logistics management. Oversee the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process, ensuring efficient handling of returns, replacements, and refunds
Inventory management. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize holding costs, and prevent stockouts
International logistics. Manage the flow of overseas physical products, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipping regulations
Vendor relationship management. Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with manufacturers and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners in managing and resolving issues
Contract management. Negotiate and manage contracts with 3PL providers, suppliers, and other key partners
Performance monitoring. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement
Fulfillment optimization. Continuously analyze and improve our shipping and fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery to customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and overseeing fulfillment operations for an ecommerce company
Strong understanding of international logistics, customs regulations, and shipping practices
Experience with RMA processes and reverse logistics
Excellent contract negotiation and vendor management skills
Data-driven and analytical, with experience using KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
