Responsibilities
Help document and organize project management templates, guides, and workflows so teams can easily follow consistent processes
Assist with building and maintaining project timelines, milestone trackers, and planning documents
Organize shared folders, files, and resources to keep project information clear, up-to-date, and easy to find
Participate in internal check-ins, planning meetings, and working sessions with project teams
Support communication efforts by helping teams capture key updates, next steps, and action items
Contribute ideas and support to process-improvement efforts aimed at shortening project timelines
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in any field with a strong interest in organization, operations, or project-based work (business, communications, project management, English, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to collaborate with different teams
Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
