Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative operations and workflow coordination
Maintain leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and manage stakeholder engagement
Prepare agendas, reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
Draft professional email correspondence and consolidate reporting inputs
Manage distribution lists, document libraries, and operational templates
Assist with travel, training, interviews, reimbursements, and panel coordination
Compile metrics reports across web, social media, and outreach channels
Build strong working relationships across agency teams and contractors
Qualification
Required
Five years of Project Management experience
Bachelor's degree in related field of study
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong written communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to maintain professionalism, tact, and confidentiality
Experience managing administrative operations in fast-paced settings
