Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and organize project SharePoint sites and Teams for accurate records retention

Upload, publish, archive, and manage project documents

Assist Project Managers with project startup and closeout procedures

Provide training and support to project staff on SharePoint and related tools

Communicate effectively with site users and project teams

Support in-processing and offboarding for department staff and contractors

Support periodic operational activities, including biennial refueling outage

Required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented, team- and customer-focused, with strong ethics and adaptability
