Responsibilities
Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing technical equipment
Perform onsite start up support, monitor installed equipment for proper operation, and make adjustments as needed
Providing amazing service and customer support during field visits
Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing
Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Great communication skills to work with customers
Amazing problem solving skills
Ability to work well with a team
0 – 3 years of prior field service experience
Preferred
Familiarity with BLE, RF, or other wireless technologies
Two-year college degree, technical school or equivalent work experience
