As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects for electric utility clients, managing costs, schedules, and client relationships to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities
Cost Management Manages, controls, and monitors project costs during all project phases
Develops and manages project budget and cash flow analysis
Prepares and reviews cost estimates
Identifies potential areas of cost savings and acts to implement these ideas
Monitors Cotter fees and contract performance
Schedule Management Maintains the overall project schedule and works to ensure on-time completion
Identifies schedule concerns and works with the project team to correct. Prepares and implements make-up schedules to get the work back on track
Oversight of project deliverables
Client Relations and Business Development Maintains relationship with client on an ongoing basis to enhance client satisfaction and increase potential for additional business
Pursues new opportunities with current clients
Assists with development and preparation of qualifications, proposals, and presentations
Identifies new opportunities, meets and presents to prospective clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering or closely related field
Direct experience in the utilities or energy space is a plus
Experience with MS Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Typically requires 10 years related experience
Preferred
PMP Certification is preferred
