This role works closely with field leadership, engineering teams, and project controls to maintain schedule, documentation, and technical coordination.

Responsibilities
Support RFIs, submittals, project correspondence, billing, and documentation workflows
Assist with schedule updates (Primavera), cost analysis, progress tracking, and forecasting
Conduct routine field walks to verify installation quality, progress, and potential impacts
Coordinate material and equipment procurement and delivery sequencing
Assist project leadership with design clarifications, technical issue resolution, and change orders
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field experience
3–5 years of construction experience; electrical or light industrial background preferred
Highly organized, detail‑focused, and collaborative with strong communication skills
Ability to support field teams and adapt in a fast‑paced project environment
