Sales Analyst
Mackie Myers USA is partnering with a fast-growing consumer goods business to appoint a Sales Analyst into a high-impact, commercially critical role. This early-career position involves supporting sales strategy and analytics, working closely with senior leadership and the sales team to drive commercial decisions across the business.
Responsibilities
Analyze sales performance, broker activity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Build clear, commercially focused reporting and dashboards to support decision-making
Monitor and analyze trade spend, promotional activity, and broker payments
Support volume planning cycles, including exclusive and seasonal SKUs
Partner closely with Sales to improve forecasting, planning, and execution
Develop presentations and analytical materials for leadership and customer discussions
Help design and improve reporting processes as the sales organization scales
Act as the go-to resource for ad-hoc analysis and special commercial projects
Qualification
Required
1–3 years' experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Operations role
Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability; experience with Power BI highly preferred
Comfortable working with imperfect data and building structure from scratch
Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded
Confident communicating insights to senior stakeholders
Proactive, self-starting, and motivated to grow with a scaling business
