Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process (Source, screen, present, and guide candidates)
Build genuine relationships with candidates
Develop and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline
Represent Barnett's values, culture, and standards in every interaction
Help improve hiring, onboarding, and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or people-focused hiring experience
Exceptional communication & customer service skills
Strong judgment and intuition for culture fit and long-term potential
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple roles at once
A core belief that our team is our greatest competitive advantage
Ability to pass background & drug screening
Preferred
Experience in recruiting for the trades is strongly preferred
