Responsibilities
Establish and oversee an enterprise data governance framework, including policies, standards, and best practices. Ensure strong data security, privacy, master data management, and metadata management
Lead the design and adoption of BI tools and platforms to deliver actionable insights. Drive BI initiatives that turn data into a competitive advantage
Evaluate, select BI technologies. Build a scalable infrastructure by working with external technology partners and internal stakeholders
Partner across marketing, sales, development, and manufacturing to set and execute data strategies that align with Repligen’s growth objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by capturing the Voice of the Customer (VOC), aligning initiatives with business drivers, and presenting clear business cases and value propositions
Define KPIs and track performance across data governance, and BI initiatives to ensure accountability and measurable impact
Qualification
Required
+ 12+ years in technology leadership with proven success driving complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
+ 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data governance, and master data management
+ Deep expertise in data governance frameworks, BI, data warehousing, data engineering, and data preparation tools
+ Track record of setting data strategies in partnership with commercial, development, and manufacturing teams
+ Strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on implementation; ability to translate vision into practical outcomes
+ Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
+ Experience leading global BI and data initiatives within biotech and/or bioprocessing industries strongly preferred
+ Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred (relevant industry experience may substitute)
+ Certifications in data management/BI are a plus
