Responsibilities
Review project milestones with PMs and confirm completion
Prepare and submit draw requests
Ensure disbursements meet regulatory and contractual standards
Resolve invoice discrepancies with PMs
Reconcile vendor statements, expenses, and invoices
Maintain lien waivers, insurance certificates, and documentation
Execute timely payments and manage accounts payable
Monitor incoming payments and ensure timely collection
Reconcile AR ledgers and post receipts
Review aging reports and escalate overdue accounts
Collaborate with finance on collection strategies and approve adjustments
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and proactive
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, vendors, and owners
Experience in overseeing financial operations for construction projects
Ability to maintain financial accuracy and momentum throughout the project lifecycle
