Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Strategic ProSolutions projects within the district, ensuring timely and effective execution
Collaborate with local sales teams to scope and define project requirements for HVAC and power systems
Deliver regular classroom and hands-on product training for both sales and service staff
Conduct quality control checks on ProSolutions inventory and equipment
Ensure equipment readiness and maintain adequate bulk inventory levels at each location
Specify bulk inventory accurately and report maintenance issues, needs, and discrepancies to Branch and District Managers

Qualification

Alabama HVAC/R LicenseHVAC experiencePower Generation experienceTechnical degreeProfessional certificationTroubleshooting skillsTeam leadershipCommunication skills

Required

Alabama state HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor License Required
3 years of field experience in HVAC, Power Generation, and/or Pumping Systems

Preferred

Technical degree, professional certification, or relevant license preferred
