Responsibilities
Own the entire UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction design for our complex, data-driven platforms
Design secure, accessible, and compliant user journeys, ensuring every interaction adheres to HIPAA, privacy-by-design, and WCAG standards
Build and meticulously govern our design systems, UI standards, and reusable component libraries
Transform research insights, analytics, and complex business requirements into elegant, scalable UI solutions
Create stunning wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using cutting-edge design tools
Conduct rigorous usability testing, experimentation, and UX reviews to continually refine and perfect our user experience
Work hand-in-hand with our product, engineering, and security teams, ensuring a unified vision and seamless execution
Contribute to and rigorously review production UI code, ensuring our frontend is as robust and elegant as our designs
Share your wisdom and expertise, mentoring both developers and designers to elevate our collective craft
Qualification
Required
8-12 Years' Experience in UX Architecture Mastery: Strong, proven experience in UX architecture, interaction design, and usability engineering, particularly for enterprise or healthcare workflows with data privacy considerations
Expertise in accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design - you believe everyone deserves a great experience
Proficiency in Figma (design systems, tokens, Dev Mode) or equivalent tools
Familiarity with UX research, analytics, and experimentation tools - you love to learn from users
Expert-level proficiency in React.js with strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and modern styling approaches
Experience with state management solutions like Redux, Context, Zustand, etc
Knowledge of REST APIs and asynchronous workflows
Familiarity with performance optimization, testing, and CI/CD integration
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Preferred

Have a background in enterprise SaaS or regulated domains (healthcare, finance)
Have experience with Next.js, GraphQL, and micro-frontends
Possess knowledge of AI-driven UX, accessibility automation, or security-aware UI
