Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
1–4 years in sales, account management, customer success, recruiting, or recent graduate with demonstrated drive
Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Coachable mindset and genuine desire to improve
