Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and peripheral components for electronic devices
Load and verify correct operation of software packages, including operating systems
Provide depot technical support to internal teams and third‑party organizations
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably in technology or computer technology
One (1) year of experience in technical support or a technical repair environment required
Ability to work effectively in team environments
Demonstrates promptness and strong attention to detail
Contributes to a safe working environment
Ability to work in a self‑directed environment
Ability to complete all required basic and recurrent regulatory training
Ability to perform spill clean‑up functions as required
Ability to read and understand operating manuals and work instructions
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Ability to read, write, and interpret information
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
