Responsibilities
Prepare & record journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and support schedules
Prepare and maintain reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts (accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll-related accounts, intercompany, etc.)
Build and maintain close documentation, schedules, and tie-outs to improve audit readiness
Support interim/annual audit and SOX (if applicable): respond to PBC requests, provide evidence, and explain account movements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, complex reconciliations)
ERP experience required (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
Accounting experience
