Receptionist
NextPhase Search is a boutique investment management firm known for its warm and professional environment. The Receptionist/Hospitality Coordinator will provide front-desk hospitality and reception services while managing office hospitality functions and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Under the mentorship of the Operations Manager, you’ll provide front-desk hospitality and reception services
Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
Manage office hospitality functions, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, snacks, and beverages
Coordinate vendor deliveries and catering
Manage office facilities, setting up and breaking down conference rooms for meetings and events
Provide light administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, per client firmwide policy
Relevant work experience and a passion for hospitality
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
Comfortable and confident interacting with a wide variety of people
Strong sense of professional etiquette and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Relevant experience could be internships and/or summer reception/admin roles held during college or a couple of years in teaching or hospitality with the desire to transition into an office setting
