Responsibilities
Write business and technical requirements based on customers’ needs under the guidance of more experienced Functional Analysts
Participate in Quality Assurance peer reviews of requirement and specification documents
Electronically enter and track customer requests within the Company’s tracking systems
Aid the User Documentation Team and/or senior department members in preparing, distributing and maintaining customer and troubleshooting documentation for applications
Adhere to established timelines, Remedy ticket guidelines and procedures for delivering quality solutions which are defect-free, meet Company and departmental standards and customer requirements
Analyze third party products and provides recommendations to various Company personnel
Facilitate meetings, conference calls and assists with training customers as needed
Act as escalation point for basic Help Desk support calls
Complete work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
This position requires a minimum of one year of business analysis experience
Excellent writing skills are required
Intermediate level computer experience, including skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, is necessary
This position requires excellent communication, organizational, customer service and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team is vital
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and present a professional demeanor is essential
Proven ability to respond to different organizational situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is necessary
Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values are key attributes
Organizational and problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Is Required
Preferred
Familiarity with enterprise software, data movement and API frameworks is a plus
