Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and multi-tasking/attention to detail
Prior experience working in HR especially Compensation would be especially helpful
Work is repetitive in terms of researching answers and responding to the employee
Candidate will need to be able to actively research employee data from multiple sources including HRIS (People Soft) and spreadsheets
