Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Serve as an integral associate on M&A deals, managing all phases of a strategic transaction
Drafting: Lead the drafting of definitive transaction agreements, disclosure letters, and ancillary documents
Due Diligence: Over see the due diligence process and coordinate effectively with internal subject matter experts
Client Relations: Assist in managing the day-to-day client relationship throughout the deal lifecycle
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in public and private company M&A
Proven experience drafting definitive agreements and managing complex transaction workstreams
Superior academic credentials and/or high-level law firm experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and expert coordination
