Enterprise Customer Success Manager

They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to build and maintain relationships with top-tier district partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth throughout the customer lifecycle.

Education

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients
Identify and understand client needs
Develop and implement solutions that meet client needs
Analyze data and engage in meaningful interactions with clients to highlight strengths and areas for growth and improvement
Ensure client satisfaction with our services
Manage the sales pipeline for top-tier accounts
Generate new business opportunities through partnership with the sales team
Meet with district leaders in person when possible to strategically grow existing accounts and provide top-tier account management
Provide relevant and engaging professional development virtually and in person when applicable, based on proximity to trainings or opportunities to meet with decision-makers
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices

Required

Strong follow up skills
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
Proven success managing and growing complex, enterprise-level accounts
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
