Responsibilities
Proven experience managing and mentoring a small accounting team
Extremely hands on being involved in every aspect of accounting and finance
Perform all financial reporting, general ledger accounting and provide monthly analysis to ownership
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be nimble enough to shift gears as needed
Strong experience with transactional accounting expertise
Ability to improve policy and procedures to GAAP standards
Experience using QuickBooks accounting software is a must
Spearhead all dealings with company CPA firm for Audit and Tax requirements
Ability to 'wear many hats' and work independently
Qualification
Required
