InternHeritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Business Analyst Intern to support the financial and operational effectiveness of the company’s fleet maintenance strategy. The role involves analyzing maintenance data, validating cost savings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in fleet operations.

Responsibilities
Analyze fleet maintenance and repair data provided by Cox Automotive to validate cost savings, performance trends, and service effectiveness
Compare historical maintenance data against current vendor performance to measure realized financial and operational benefits
Monitor, track, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying variances, discrepancies, and potential cost leakage
Collaborate with internal Fleet teams to address performance gaps, support corrective action plans, and provide data-driven insights during vendor performance reviews
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across fleet maintenance reporting
Support ad hoc analyses and special projects focused on fleet optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Ability to provide an unofficial transcript
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI or dashboarding tools preferred
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to interpret large data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations
Comfort working with SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
Self-motivated, results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with BI or dashboarding tools
Interest in fleet operations, automotive services, or vendor performance management
