Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive functional and technical requirements for various projects
Using the Agile methodology, design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable solutions using a diverse set of technologies, ensuring alignment with architectural standards
Perform in-depth troubleshooting and debugging of complex applications and systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing applications, processes, and reporting capabilities
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and implementation
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members as needed
Work effectively within a highly collaborative team environment, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication
Qualification
Required
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Information System, Business Administration, or a related field
Two or more years of experience in claims system software implementation or project management
An understanding of the software development lifecycle
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Experience with SQL Server database administration and development
Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Preferred
A strong understanding of claims management systems, software implementation strategies, and data conversion techniques
Experience working with claims system users and public entities
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions
