Responsibilities
Lead tax planning and compliance for investment funds and affiliated entities
Oversee partnership tax matters, including K-1 preparation and review
Serve as the primary internal tax owner, coordinating with external accounting and advisory firms
Evaluate tax implications of investment activity and entity structures
Manage tax matters related to the principal’s personal and closely held entities
Coordinate with external advisors on complex personal, trust, and estate-related tax matters
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and ownership
Qualification
Required
7–15+ years of relevant tax experience
Backgrounds in public accounting, family office, or investment management environments
Strong experience with partnership tax, fund structures, and K-1s
Exposure to high-net-worth / private client tax matters
CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
